Fee Schedule

This page is intended to provide you with general information concerning this firm’s pricing of legal services. Cost may vary based on each particular case.

Consultation Fees:

• Initial Family Law Consultation: $50*
• Initial Personal Injury Consultation: FREE
• Criminal Law Consultation: FREE
• Estate Planning: $50*

* Consultation fees must be paid prior to the consultation by cash, cashier's check, certified check, money order, electronic fund transfer or credit card. If you retain the services of the Law Office of Laura Roth, Inc. you will receive a $50 credit to be applied towards your legal services fees, otherwise the consultation fee is non-refundable. Initial consultations consist of up to 45 minutes of time with the attorney via phone, e-mail or in person. Please contact us today to schedule your consultation.

General Hourly Fee: $200

Cancelation policy:

We require a minimum of one business day notice to cancel your appointment.

Failure to do so will:

• For initial consultations: require you to make payment for the initial consultation prior to us scheduling you for another appointment
• For all other appointments: result in a $50 cancelation fee being assessed to your account
