Personal Injury Fee Schedule:

Generally, we do not charge any upfront fees for personal injury cases and payment only occurs if there is a recovery obtained on your behalf. Case related expenses and a contingency fee are deducted from any settlement amounts received on your case and you receive the remainder. We don't get paid unless you get paid! Contingency fees vary depending on each case. Generally, the contingency fee is based on what stage the final result is obtained. The Contingency fee will be:  30% of any and all recovery before a suit is filed; 33% of all recovery obtained after a suit is filed; or 36% if the case is tried.
